Brief Overview:  
Yes, I will draw furries. No NSFW. Upfront payment. Base price subject to additional fees and deductions based on content and time input. Commissioner may not monetarily benefit from the commission unless otherwise stated in writing. Original artwork may be mailed with an additional shipping fee.

Payment Policy:
Upfront payment in full.
Payments will not be refunded after the artwork has begun production unless otherwise stated by the artist in writing.
Prices may be subject to additional fees or deductions before, during, and/or after completion of the artwork at the artist's digression based on complexity of the artwork and/or time spent. 
Special arrangements may or may not be made with the artist's approval due to extraneous circumstances. Exploitation of these terms may result in a suspension or banning from further commissions.

Uploads: 
Low-resolution watermarked scans may be uploaded by the artist as examples of her artwork and should not be considered your final product. High-resolution scans and shipment of the original artwork are available upon your request. High-resolution scanned versions will only be available for as long as I retain the original artwork.

Shipments:
Physical original artwork may be shipped to you by an additional shipping fee. Artwork is mailed in a labeled bubble envelope to help protect it in transfer. The artist is not liable for artwork that becomes lost or damaged in transit. All originals are signed and dated to ensure authenticity. Shipments will be sent out on weekends as the artist's busy schedule allots. Shipments from California, US.

Limitations on Content:
The artist will not accept commissions depicting graphic sexual imagery, distasteful nudity & exposed genitalia, and hate-art directed towards a person or group of people. The artist reserves the right to reject or refund her services based upon content. The artist is willing to draw furies commissions.

Copyright and Usage:
Commissions are not for free use nor the commissioner's profit unless otherwise stated by the artist in writing. As creator, the artist retains all rights to display or use commission(s) as example(s) of her artwork. In the case that the commission includes a character whose design the commissioner own the copyright to, the artist may not sell reproductions of the commission without the commissioner's written consent. In the case that the commission is not of a character whom the commissioner own the copyright to, the commissioner is not entitled to compensation for the artist's sales of reproductions of said artwork, however, the original artwork is the legal property of the commissioner. If the commissioner or another party posts the commission elsewhere, even edited, the poster must link back to the original posting by the artist (if online) and/or credit the artist by name as this is a proper Feature. Failing to do so is plagiarism/ art theft, and must be taken down or corrected.  

Further Policies:
If the artist wishes to put the commission into Storage or take it down from deviantART, the artist will attempt to notify the commissioner in advance to make sure the commissioner has a saved file.
