Skirt Full of Hearts

Thank you ~FatherCollide for getting me that how-to book, Manga School , by Selena Lin.
When I look at her watercolor gallery in the back, I am always amazed and want to paint something. 0o0
So, this was inspired by Selena Lin and ~0Febris0 (who is an extrordinary artist).
I'm surprised that I never see in these books how to prepare the watercolor paper. I do not have a proper tape for it, so my paper is still all bumpy, wrinkled, and deformed when I am done. TT^TT
This one at least didn't come out too bad.
