This is a gift for one of my DeviantART inspirations, *tagl.

I love her character Ceci. So many details, and so lovely!
It was insteresting trying to do a more traditional shojo style again, especially the hair (MY GOSH, the HAIR!!! So complicated.)

I'm super proud and amazed by this.
