I tried my best to give this a very high rating because of a few reasons:

-This is absolutely adorable
-I can see your incredible improvement from your earlier pixel work
-It's very well done animation
-Did I mention how cute it is?

So, I gave it 5 stars for vision, because I think it was a cute idea and definitely fits the character! 3 stars for originality, because though the idea of a character dancing isn't really a new concept, the dance itself you made is very cute, and the art is well executed. The technique I gave 4 stars, because it's great pixel work. Your shading has improved by leaps and bounds and your animation is very smooth. I love your use of perspective with the moving arms and feet, and the shifting of the body and movement of the skirt is also very nice! I think the only thing I might improve upon is maybe making the face move? I know it's hard to do both body and face movements (trust me, my skills aren't even where yours are! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> ), it just might make the character even better! Impact I gave 5 stars, because I'm still blown away by your improvement and think this is a nice, sweet little pixel doll.
